I've been going into my jewellery stash to find the old rings and practice earrings. I currently stick to wire work until I've made more than five hundred of earrings and every type of jewellery, wrist bracelet, rings, earrings, and necklace. I found I gravitate towards making rings and earrings as there is something satisfying about forming a hoop shape. Using a solder makes the wire remember it's shape more than being as pliable as it was before. I have sometimes used crimp bead at the end as I have not yet found another way. Beads I bought from Hobbycraft and they feature on almost everything I am making at the moment.
I don't wear these out as I'm working on making these designs more solid and durable. I can make one earring and making the other earring match is quite easy. I've been using pinterest only when I wanted to make the beads that go through the wire in a flower formation. I can example this here-
